Responsibilities
- Answer calls and assist with appointment coordination
- Conducts follow up calls to check in on patients and proactively advise on eyecare appointment availability.
- Assist store team with day-to-day operations
- Data entry
- Proactively listens to clients and looks for opportunities to exceed their expectations
- Process payments
- Understand and evangelize Big City Optical’s value proposition to clients
- Participate in off hours inventory count work as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall success of the store.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Adhere to company policies on attendance, dress code and workplace safety.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn software programs
- Must possess a good fashion sense and awareness of designer brands
- Preferred: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 10 miles to support coverage at other locations as needed
