Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven optical retail management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, motivating a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of eyewear products, industry trends, and optical technology.
Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to a positive shopping experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
